Litigation is the settlement of legal dispute. The Parties of the dispute is recommended to seek other alternative resolutions before going to courts. The alternative resolution comprises of negotiation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration. We have National Commercial Arbitration Center for commercial dispute and Labor Arbitration Council for Labor Dispute.
