OVERVIEW

Mr. Ny is the founder of VNP iNTERPRO Law Office in 2018. He has been practicing his legal profession for more than 10 years focusing on legal advisory services for Business and Commercial practice, IP prosecution and IPR enforcement in Cambodia.

As an IP Attorney, he has attended various international training programs on intellectual property laws and other areas of laws, in ASEAN countries, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Japan and United States. He is an experienced lawyer in IP law, IP registrations, IP asset commercialization, and IP rights enforcement in Cambodian. During performing his professional practice, he has been providing legal consultancy and assistance toward a large rank of clients from EU, USA, Japan, China, India and other ASEAN countries in connection with IP prosecution, protection and commercialization.

He was elected as Chairman of Council of Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (I.P.A.C) for 2015–2018 and vice-president of APAA Cambodian Group in 2016.

EDUCATION

He graduated his bachelor of law from France in 2007, and master of international commercial law from France in 2009. Since 2013, he was accredited to be legal Mark Agent by the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia (MoC) and to represent many potential trademark owners in the Kingdom of Cambodia. He became lawyer and member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC) in 2014. In 2016, he completed the long term training on Patent at Centre d’Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle (CEIPI) in France, and special course of IP Training for IP Trainers at JPO in Japan in 2011 and 2018.
